Our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) reinforce this effort by fostering community and engagement at work, offering opportunities for development and promoting a sense of belonging. Participation in ERGs is voluntary and open to all colleagues, regardless of identity or experience.

Our DEIB Council comprises a cross-section of colleagues representing diverse backgrounds and perspectives across different levels and functions of the organization. The council represents the voice of colleagues in supporting and accelerating inclusion and belonging initiatives aligned with Saks Global's overall strategies.

At Saks Global, we believe our people drive our purpose. Through the Impact & Inclusion Ambassador Program, colleagues across our stores, distribution centers, and corporate teams champion initiatives that give back to our communities, celebrate diversity and strengthen a sense of belonging. Ambassadors grow their leadership and collaboration skills while shaping a culture where everyone can thrive—personally and professionally.
